UK Shipping

We offer Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders.

Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail Second Class (untracked) and typically arrives within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Free Tracked Upgrade

Orders with a total value of £20 or more (after discounts, excluding postage upgrades) will be automatically upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 48 at no additional cost.

You will receive tracking details once dispatched.

Optional Postage Upgrades

If you would prefer a tracked or guaranteed service on orders under £20, upgrade options are available at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day)

Upgrade charges reflect the additional cost above our included standard delivery.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed, except where a guaranteed service (such as Special Delivery) is selected.


Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.


Lost or Delayed UK Orders

Royal Mail considers items lost if they have not arrived within:

  • 10 working days after the expected delivery date (Second Class / Tracked 48)

  • 5 working days after due delivery (Special Delivery)

If your order has not arrived within these timeframes, please contact us and we will investigate.


International Orders

We currently ship within the United Kingdom via our Shopify store.

If you are located outside the UK and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at buttonsinthebed@gmail.com and we will advise on availability and shipping options.

Some of our products may also be available via selected online marketplaces.


Customs & Refused Parcels

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, original shipping costs are non-refundable and any return postage incurred may be deducted from your refund.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
