Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Damages, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If a product is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
UK & EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the UK and EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
